What You Will Be Doing As an Industrial Engineer, you will support one or more of the product lines in Chelmsford. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with the development of production operation time standards, tracking cost and schedule performance at the part level, establishment of efficiency calculations, capacity/manpower assessments, trend analysis, capital equipment justifications, production layouts and process flows, cost and span reduction initiatives, and other process improvement activities. Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Lead and other Program Support Teams to refine and improve production in an RF and microelectronics environment. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college Knowledge and understanding of Production / Industrial Engineering concepts Tools and skills for driving continuous improvement projects Experience with process simulation modeling Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills:
Experience with SAP ERP system Experience with simulation modeling, specifically Simio Understanding of Capacity Planning, Man-loading / Balancing, Estimating / Line Flow Manufacturing layout development, specifically AutoCAD Experience/Internship working in an manufacturing environment Lean/Six Sigma Training or Certification Security Clearance Statement:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $52,300 - $92,230. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered:

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
