Your Key Responsibilities Serve as the site owner for all packaging systems, including primary, secondary, and tertiary (e.g., PE Bags, bottles, drums, IBCs, boxes, pallets) Design and optimize packaging solutions, ensuring product protection, chemical compatibility , and cost efficiency Partner with technical teams on packaging design and compatibility with product chemistry Collaborate with regulatory on UN/DOT compliance. Collaborate with procurement on supplier selection and qualification Support logistics and operations to improve packaging performance in handling, storage, and transportation Lead packaging troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Qualification Profile Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

Essential:

5+ years of experience in packaging engineering or a related role

Essential:

Experience with industrial or chemical product packaging

Preferred:

Transportation and packaging regulations (UN, DOT, etc.)

Preferred:

Experience with hazardous materials packaging

Preferred:

Familiarity with IBC, drums, and bulk packaging systems

Preferred:

Exposure to global packaging operations or supplier networks

Essential:
