00 Hourly Overview Perform implementation duties related to new product introduction and process support activities. Work to assure the effective transfer of new products into production, as well as provide process support for current products. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production on continuous improvement programs, process improvements, and corrections within the factory. Key Responsibilities Adhere to all ESD requirements and board handling procedures. Ensure successful completion of production builds by following PCBs through the entire build process. Troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues using critical thinking. Interpret customer and technical specifications, drawings, and engineering instructions; communicate requirements to production teams. Assist in establishing manufacturing processes and train operators on assembly requirements. Generate Process Change Notices (PCNs) and update manufacturing processes as needed. Analyze Material Rejection Reports (MRRs), investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions. Monitor manufacturing defect data and quality trends; troubleshoot issues to root cause. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers. Coach and train manufacturing operators on proper assembly processes. Support and comply with all applicable ISO standards related to quality, environmental, health, safety, and security systems. Support corporate and site 6S initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems. Knowledge of CCA manufacturing methods and procedures. Ability to execute detailed instructions and procedures. Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and represent the Engineering Department professionally. Experience with SMT pick-and-place troubleshooting is a plus. Experience with SMT thermal profiling is a plus. Experience with AOI programming is a plus.

Component Identification certification preferred.
IPC-A-610
Modules 1 & 2 certification preferred. Participation in cross-functional teams such as QIT, CFT, and ECO reviews. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Education & Experience Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience. 1-2 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic mechanical drawing skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications. Working knowledge of industry standards including
IPC-610, ESD, ISO
