Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Support daily plant operations by troubleshooting packaging issues and resolving floor‑level problems Drive corrective actions to maintain material flow and minimize operational disruptions Lead cost‑reduction and packaging optimization initiatives Review and improve bulk and expendable packaging solutions Support new launches and engineering changes through packaging validation and implementation Ensure packaging designs comply with company standards and operational requirements Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain Contribute to continuous improvement through data‑driven problem solving and standardization
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Packaging or other related technical area. 5-7 years of experience required.
Pay:
$45.00 - $48.00 per hour
