As our Industrial Engineer, you'll play a vital role in refining and advancing our production processes.Your day-to-day will involve:
Developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste Analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure precision in processes Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize systems Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Training and supporting production staff on best practices Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives Your manufacturing engineering expertise will be the key to enhancing efficiency, quality, and innovation across our operations.YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field Experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Having familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
