Job Description

Engineer I, Production. Holland, MI. Troubleshoot machines to ensure highest yield/OEE. Review quality nonconformance reports/quality issues and provide corrective actions. Create SOPs to improve production processes and train operators. Review production progress management against production plans.
Provide feedback re:
production problems. Manage inventory/yield. Conduct internal/customer audits. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards.
