Our core processes are well-oiled, but as we continue to grow we need someone who can focus full time on keeping our production processes efficient and consistent. This isn't a "sit at a desk and write reports" job - this is a "get on the floor, experiment, fail, experiment again, and make it better" job.

Your mission:

You will own the production floor's efficiency. Your goal is to help us transition from a hectic startup to a world class made-to-order manufacturer.

Build It:

Design and set up experimental low volume production lines for product launches.

Fix It:

Spot bottlenecks and kill inefficiencies.

Scale It:

Figure out how to double our throughput without compromising quality. Then double it again. And again.

Automate It:

Evaluate and implement new tech, tools, and automation to streamline operations. What we're looking for:

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hrs/week). Exact hours have some flexibility.
