Build machines that dont stand still. Were looking for a Mechanical Engineer III who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing high-speed automation equipment to life. In this role, youll lead the design and improvement of packaging machineryowning projects from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams. What Youll Do Design and develop high-speed packaging automation equipment with a focus on efficiency, durability, and cost-effectivenessEnhance and standardize existing product lines using modern tools, materials, and engineering best practicesCollaborate with manufacturing, assembly, and service teams to ensure designs are practical and built to specificationLead and participate in design reviews to maintain high engineering standards and share knowledge across the teamProvide hands-on troubleshooting support during machine build, startup, and production
