Job Description

Ready to elevate supplier quality for global diagnostics? Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a leader in clinical diagnostics within Danaher's family of 15+ operating companies, builds systems that enable over one million tests every hour —impacting 1.2 billion patients and more than three million clinicians annually. Join us on-site in Chaska, MN and help ensure every component meets the high bar our customers count on. Why this team You'll join the Instrument Supplier Quality organization and report to the Sr. Quality Manager, Instrument Quality . We solve cross-functional problems shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D, Operations, and Regulatory. We use the Danaher Business System to drive measurable, continuous improvement. What you will tackle Own supplier lifecycle quality: selection, qualification, change notification review, auditing, corrective action leadership, and performance scorecards. Develop supplier material control plans integrated with product qualification strategies. Lead investigations into supplier-attributed manufacturing issues and drive durable corrective actions. Travel to supplier sites to resolve performance issues at the source. Provide recommendations for field actions to the product regulatory committee. Facilitate Kaizen events to streamline transactional workflows, decrease variability, implement lean methods, and eliminate waste—enhancing throughput and team engagement. Must-haves Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar) with 5+ years of quality experience; or 3+ years with a master's; or a doctoral degree. Familiarity with 21 CFR 820 and
ISO 14971
