Job Description

Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 Overview We are seeking a motivated Chemical/Wet Process Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team in Minnetonka, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to build a long-term career, gain hands-on experience, and grow quickly within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone within a few years of graduation who is eager to learn, take ownership, and advance into higher-level engineering responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support and optimize wet chemical processing operations within a manufacturing environment Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams Maintain and improve process documentation, procedures, and standards Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process development projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 0-3 years of experience (internships or co-ops highly valued) Strong interest in manufacturing, chemical processing, or wet process environments Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work on 2nd shift and adapt to a production setting Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, and any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and/or local laws
