$90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)

Full-time Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at a leading plastic injection molding. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and optimize injection molding processes to meet production goals Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap Monitor and analyze production data to drive efficiency and quality improvements Support new tool startups, sample runs, and process validations Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Assist with equipment selection, setup, and preventive maintenance planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) OR equivalent technical experience 3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding process engineering Strong understanding of mold setup, process optimization, and materials Knowledge of scientific molding principles is a plus Experience with RJG, Decoupled Molding, or similar methodologies preferred Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities
