Job Description

Let's skip the generic sales pitch. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-revenue, highly visible Midwest territory that's been built over years and is now wide open for the right person to take it to the next level. The relationships are there. The business is there. Now they need someone technical, sharp, and hungry to own it and expand it. What You'll Do Grow and manage an existing book of business with a specialized industrial technology company Travel (75-80%) to customer sites for sales calls, demos, and trainings within your territory Serve as the primary technical contact for customers Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand relationships Deliver presentations, proposals, and product solutions Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and activity Partner with internal teams to support customer-driven innovation What You Bring 2-5 years of B2B field sales experience (technical/industrial preferred) Strong technical aptitude (Mechanical Engineering highly preferred) Ability to understand product design, CAD drawings, and applications Excellent communication skills with both engineers and operators Self-starter mindset with the ability to work remotely and independently Why This Role Established territory with strong existing customer base High-impact, technical sales, not just order taking Clear earnings upside tied directly to performance Company car + full travel support Structured onboarding with hands-on training If you're looking for a role where you can sell, solve, and build long-term customer relationships in a technical environment, this is it.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
