Proatividade Trabalho em Equipe Organização Bom relacionamento interpessoal Comprometimento Responsibilities ELANTAS North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Engineer (Chemical). This role is based on-site in St. Louis, MO . The position will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment to improve quality, efficiency, capacity, and reduce costs. The position will be the liaison between production, R D and quality and will report to the Operations Technical Manager.Specific Responsibilities:
Support and foster a safe working environment for all employees. Participate as the technical lead for PHAs, LOPAs, MOCs, and other process safety activities. Process optimization- typically incremental improvements of existing equipment either setting standards and/or developing return to standard activities/instructions/changes. Production oversight (not manage the people)
- monitor the chemical processes including raw material charges (product and quantity) and product made (material balance, product yield), batch size, cycle times, and down time. Technical troubleshooting
- when deviations from standard are observed or reported, they lead the investigation to identify root cause, contributing cause, and corrective actions.
