Job Description

Overview We are actively seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for a direct hire, permanent position near St. Louis. This role managers supplier quality initiatives, audits, PPAP submissions, corrective actions, and vendor performance for metal fabrication and welding suppliers. Responsibilities Manage supplier quality across product lifecycles Conduct audits of manufacturing systems for quality adherence Evaluate vendors internationally and domestically for compliance Travel internationally to collaborate on quality improvements Develop strategies for vendor growth and training sessions on quality expectations Requirements BSME or similar technical degree 3+ years experience in metal fabrication or forming Experience with Quality and Supplier Quality in manufacturing settings Proficiency with
ISO 9001
