STAR & PACE

Production Support Analyst (L2/L3) Full Time/ Contract Charlotte, NC Position Summary Seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications within an Asset/Investment Management environment. This role is focused on production support, incident resolution, data troubleshooting, root cause analysis, release support, and Eagle

STAR/PACE

development activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot recurring issues. Provide functional and technical support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications. Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation activities. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams on issue resolution. Support production releases and post-deployment validation. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Participate in Eagle

STAR/PACE

enhancement and development activities. Required Qualifications 6+ years of IT experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.

Strong experience with:

Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) Eagle PACE (Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings, Data Workflows) Oracle

SQL / PL-SQL

Eagle Data Model Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environments. Domain Knowledge Investment Management / Asset Management industry experience.

Understanding of:

Security Reference Data Pricing & Corporate Actions Portfolio Positions & Transactions Performance Measurement (TWR preferred) Preferred Skills Experience with FactSet or similar performance platforms. Exposure to Eagle Accounting. Experience in Performance Attribution environments.
