Job Description

This role is pivotal in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across departments and to work in a fast -paced environment. Prior manufacturing experience in wood working, cabinet or furniture finishing highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard works and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct root cause analyses and resolve production issues effectively. Implement and monitor systems for process control and quality assurance. Lead or support projects related to process automation and process changes. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Required to work in the production area and office environment. May be required to wear respirator. Other duties as required. Salary commensurate with experience.
