You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location with an Onsite work schedule. 2nd shift - 2pm - 10pm. M-F In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Support the manufacturing engineering team in optimizing production processes and improving product quality. Assist in the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies. Experience with process improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing. Direct hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical support and engineering.WE VALUE
Advanced degree in Engineering or related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in a technical support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
