- + Support Herbalife global rebranding and packaging modernization initiatives by designing, testing, validating and launching new package brand imagery and forms.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership through actions. Primary objectives include supporting customer service goals through achievement of operating objectives: Quality/Service/Reliability/Agility and creating/fostering a safe environment at all times.
- Prepare Analytical reports for management based on raw data.
- Provide effective reporting for accountability to performance goals.
- Perform and provide data analysis to help drive decisions and present to management for support of existing/new initiatives.
- Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Skills:
- + Familiar-working knowledge with
ASTM/ISO/FDA
CAPA and Qualification-Validation/Audit procedures + Experience in packaging engineering design w/ structured problem solving/use of statistical tools. + Good written and oral Communication skills with proven ability to establish and maintain effective communications, internally and with external manufacturing partners at all levels. + Self-driven with initiative/creativity and ability to operate with minimal supervision. + Results-Success oriented, being agile and flexible with ability to lead and motivate during continuous change.Experience:
- + Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Packaging Engineering for regulated products.
Education:
- + Bachelor in Packaging Engineering/Packaging Science/Industrial-Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- + CAD experience
