Must Have Technical/Functional Skills  Heavy Engineering Product exposure  Exposure to forging, casting, machining, sheet metal fabrication and standard hardware  Good understanding about material standards, AWS welding standards and reading the complex engineering prints.  Good exposure to sheet metal design and manufacturing aspects, GDT, design for manufacturing concepts Roles & Responsibilities  Suppliers Primary Evaluations  PCPA audits  APQP Implementation  Risk assessment and mitigation plan signoff  Design review  Tool Kick off  Tool Development Tracking  Fixtures / gauges / Tools readiness review / execution  Tool Trails, As T0, T1, T2 and T3  Parts Fitments Report & Corrective Actions  Approval For Fit & Functions 

Base Salary Range :

$80,000 to $90,000
