Full-Time We are seeking a motivated Power Plant Manage r to oversee plant operations, equipment reliability, engineering projects, and process improvements. This role involves coordinating plant engineering activities, supporting maintenance and operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving safe and efficient power generation. We welcome candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates and experienced professionals ?
Responsibilitie s:
Coordinate the preparation of construction drawings for plant process equipmen t.

Support the design, installation, and implementation of new and replacement equipmen t.

Collaborate with contractors to successfully complete engineering and plant improvement project s.

Troubleshoot existing systems alongside operations and maintenance teams to resolve safety, reliability, and production issue s.

Identify technical training requirements and support capital and operations & maintenance (O&M) project s.

Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulation s.

Maintain accurate system records, including work orders, standard drawings, and technical data file s.

Analyze plant performance data and provide recommendations for operational improvement s. ????
Qualificatio ns:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; equivalent education and relevant experience may be consider ed.

Knowledge of power plant operations, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment is preferr ed.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skil ls.

Ability to work effectively with operations teams, maintenance personnel, and contracto rs.

Entry-level candidates and experienced professionals are encouraged to app ly.
