SUPPLIER

personnel shall function as active and engaged members of the Valley City Quality team including participation in team meetings, participation or leading in Quality Improvement Teams (QITs), and actively engaged with team members on the factory floor to monitor, investigate, and implement solutions to improve or maintain product quality. Deliverables shall include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Data analysis for monitoring Quality performance 3.1.2 Assistance in development of dashboards or other means to communicate performance to metrics. 3.1.3 Report out and demonstrated understanding of key metrics for their area, including Warranty Fails Per Machine (FPM), Factory Defects Per Machine (DPM). 3.1.4 Quality support for manufacturing operations as needed, including Continuous
