Job Description

Industrial Engineer We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team and support process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to grow their skills and make a real impact in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing workflows, production processes, and layouts to identify areas for improvement Support the development and implementation of process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Collect and analyze data to help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance Work closely with senior engineers, production teams, and other departments on cross-functional projects Help document procedures, create process maps, and maintain operational standards Participate in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement concepts is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or data analysis tools is a bonus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on industrial environment This is a great opportunity for a Industrial Engineer If you're proactive, curious, and ready to take your first step into the world of industrial engineering, this role is for you.
