Summary:

The role of Manufacturing Cost and Supply Chain Analyst in Omaha, NE involves supporting various departments such as Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining manufacturing data for accurate product costing and efficient production flow within the ERP system. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and utilizes systems like SAP, Jira, and Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage manufacturing BOMs, work centers, and costing views in SAP. Provide cost and lead time information to sales team. Define in-house production times for capacity planning. Optimize setup times and changeover times in work centers. Establish economic lot sizes and support make/buy decisions. Process Engineering Change Orders and support sales activities. Collaborate with engineering teams for production flow efficiency.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. o 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Fab and Machine Shop experience. o Proficiency in SAP, Jira, reading engineering drawings, and Excel. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
