Job Description

Process Engineer - Manufacturing We are seeking dedicated Process Engineers to join our manufacturing team. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about supporting production launches and reducing process variation. Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership, manufacturing, and project teams to implement and optimize new processes Ensure new products are fully production-ready prior to release, including providing early input on tooling Participate in cross-functional validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and ownership of Performance Qualification (PQ) Provide technical and process support across a wide range of thermoplastic materials Develop, train, and mentor production staff on work methods, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and variation reduction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics injection molding Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience Strong background in applying scientific molding principles Proven ability to troubleshoot processes and drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For Hands-on, detail-oriented problem solver Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based, production-driven environment Results-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
