Join our team of Manufacturing Supplier Quality Engineers solving supplied material issues impacting our factories. This on-site position will focus on resolution of nonconformance in supplied material ensuring root cause and corrective actions are completed. You will be a key player working with Operations, Quality, Program Management and Engineering to solve problems on our nation's most advanced defense systems. What You Will Do Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams. Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories supporting factory tier meetings, layered process assessments, and nonconforming material reviews. Analyze supplied material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers. Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of defect documentation, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented. Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of five (5) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
