New York This is a high-impact role focused on optimizing production, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across a complex, high-volume operation. This site has visible bottlenecks and opportunity areas , making it a perfect environment for an engineer who wants to make a real impact on throughput, cost, and efficiency . This is a hands-on role with strong mentorship responsibility. What You'll Do ? Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks ? Optimize processes across fluid handling, etc. ? Lead projects tied to new equipment and line improvements ? Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives using data ? Partner with operations to improve throughput and efficiency What We're Looking For ? Strong understanding of pipes, pumps, and processing systems ? Engineering degree required ? 3-5+ years of experience ? Leadership mindset - someone who enjoys mentoring and developing others ? NOT a packaging-focused background Why This Role?
