Media & Entertainment / Broadcast Technology About the Role We are seeking a Media Supply Chain Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize cloud-based media workflows that support large-scale content processing and delivery. In this role, you will work with SDVI Rally , AWS services, and media processing technologies to automate ingest, transcoding, quality control (QC), packaging, and distribution workflows across broadcast, OTT, and streaming platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for professionals with experience in media operations, media workflow automation, content supply chains, cloud infrastructure, and video processing technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain automated media supply chain workflows within SDVI Rally. Develop and support workflow logic using Python, JSON, and API integrations. Configure and manage SDVI Rally components, including Rally Core, Rally Gateway, and related platform services. Build and support AWS-based media workflows leveraging S3, Lambda, EC2, and IAM. Troubleshoot ingest, transcoding, QC, packaging, and content delivery issues across automated pipelines. Integrate media asset management (MAM), CMS, and third-party media processing systems using REST APIs. Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and scalability. Optimize cloud infrastructure utilization and support cost-reduction initiatives. Collaborate with media operations, engineering, product, and content teams to support business-critical content delivery. Experience Required for Your Success Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in media workflow engineering , media operations engineering , or media supply chain environments . Hands-on experience with SDVI Rally , workflow orchestration platforms, or comparable media workflow systems. Experience with AWS services, including S3, Lambda, EC2, and IAM. Strong knowledge of Python , JSON , and API integrations. Experience supporting automated media processing workflows, including: Ingest Transcoding Quality Control (QC) Packaging Content Delivery Understanding of media asset management (MAM) systems and content lifecycle workflows. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
