Job Description
AS9100/ISO9001
(as applicable), internal procedures, and customer requirements. Support internal/customer/regulatory audits and close findings Continuous improvement: Lead or support improvement projects to reduce variation, improve yield, and strengthen process controls Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Programs to manage changes, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are met Quality cage management: Manage the quality cage/hold area by ensuring proper segregation, identification/labeling, inventory accuracy, access control, and timely disposition of nonconforming material Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in ownership of quality assurance and control for assigned supply chain, customer and products/process areas). And a minimum of 3 years of ownership of quality assurance and control for assigned supply chain, customer and products/process areas. Desired Characteristics Experience in supplier quality management, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
