Process Technician Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Process Technician, where your expertise will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our production facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation, precision, and safety. Your proactive approach will help us meet production goals while adhering to industry standards and quality management systems. Duties Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment, including injection molding presses, and industrial robots, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies or defects, implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime. Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to streamline processes and reduce waste. Support process engineering projects by assisting with project scheduling, tooling upgrades, or process validation activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment with hands-on involvement in process operations. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plastics injection molding. Experience with PLC programming, robot programming. Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Strong math skills combined with industrial engineering understanding to optimize processes efficiently. $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
