Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Execute plant investigations and feasibility studies Perform interference and clearance analysis for robotics Distribute weld spots across robots ensuring cycle time efficiency Develop and maintain problem tracking and provide multiple solutions Write equipment, robot, and process specifications Conduct robotic simulation for weld, sealing, and handling processes Perform robot reach studies using simulation tools Support new vehicle model launches on production lines Assist in production ramp-up and line innovation/renovation Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams Provide continuous engineering support to manufacturing operations
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Robotics Engineering Hands-on expertise in 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE) Experience with Delmia V5 (preferred) Knowledge of weld, paint, and assembly processes Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing environments Good project management and coordination skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
