Cleveland, OH Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in the Cleveland area who is seeking a Production Engineer to support and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations at a key production facility. This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on process optimisation, problem-solving on the shop floor, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting manufacturing teams with technical expertise and process development. What You'll Be Doing Supporting daily production operations with engineering expertise Troubleshooting process and equipment issues on the shop floor Driving continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions Assisting with equipment optimisation and process capability improvements Working closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams Supporting new product introductions and process changes Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred Strong communication skills and hands-on approach Package Base salary: $85,000 - $110,000 Annual performance bonus Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
