Plusses:

Experience with Plastic Injection Molding and/or paint OEM Experience Solidworks or AutoCAD exp Day to day: This role manages new product and program launches from early kickoff through production, ensuring targets, timing, and packaging requirements are met. Day?to?day work includes coordinating with molding, paint, and other cross?functional teams to understand part function, constraints, and container or packaging needs. As programs progress, the role manages suppliers to ensure milestones are met and launch timing is achieved. The position requires responding to quality, ergonomic, or manufacturing issues by critically assessing root causes and driving corrective actions. It also supports new business quoting by providing detailed inputs related to timing, packaging, and supplier capabilities. Additionally, the role works closely with suppliers of smaller components to ensure packaging meets Magna's specifications.
