As a Convergence Leader, you will utilize your skills to bring together a cross functional team of Stellantis and supplier personnel to identify Program readiness opportunities for new/future programs and problem resolution opportunities for day to day assembly operations. The Supplier Quality Engineer/Convergence Leader's job responsibilities include but not limited to: Work cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure incoming part quality from the supply base is fluid Drive change within both Plant Manufacturing and Component Suppliers to resolve component related issues Ensure component supplier processes are robust and capable while enforcing clean points and permanent corrective actions Support warranty reduction initiatives through Obeya and Supplier Obeya initiatives Develop and present status updates and articulate open issues to senior leadership Drive supplier commitment and challenge action plans associated to quality for supplier manufacturing related issues EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
