Supplier Quality Engineer

• What You'll Do:

• + Lead rapid response investigations, driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions + Conduct and support supplier audits, identifying gaps and implementing sustainable improvements + Develop and manage supplier scorecards, turning performance data into action + Partner with Engineering to define Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements and robust gaging plans + Support new product launches, ensuring suppliers are ready from day one + Drive continuous improvement initiatives across global suppliers + Ensure effective execution of PPAP, APQP, SPC, and other quality frameworks + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk, improve reliability, and exceed customer expectations •

What You'll Bring:

• + 5 -7 years in a manufacturing quality environment + Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) + Electro -mechanical experience (plastic molding, machining, stamping, casting, PCBA, etc.

) + Expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, SPC, and process capability (CpK) + Working knowledge of ISO quality systems + Experience with tools like MiniTab or similar statistical software + Confidence leading audits, influencing suppliers, and driving accountability + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels + Willingness to travel up to 25% within North America

• The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $102,000.

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
