Purpose and Mission Lead the implementation and management of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and other industrial projects across BBRG North America sites in alignment with local, regional and global leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing building and infrastructure developments, machine installation, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance-related projects. The role encompasses full project lifecycle ownership, including scope definition, contractor selection and management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure successful and timely project execution.

Key Activities and Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and external third parties/vendors to execute industrial projects effectively. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within defined scope, and within approved budget. Support the development of project scope and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and validating technical feasibility. Develop, propose, and manage project budgets. Monitor financial performance and adjust project constraints as necessary based on financial analysis. Ensure adequate resource planning, availability, and allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Create and maintain detailed project plans to monitor, track, and communicate progress. Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate evaluation and approval processes. Measure project performance using relevant metrics, tools, and methodologies (PWA, Blue Book, …) Report project status, issues, and escalations to management as required. Maintain effective relationships with project owners and all stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement. Conduct proactive risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Establish and sustain strong working relationships with third-party contractors and vendors. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout all project phases. Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skills, and experience levels. Track and evaluate project performance against short-term goals (scope, time, budget) and long-term objectives (sustainability, total cost of ownership, output improvements). Apply and continually develop leadership, communication, and project management skills. Attend conferences, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance proficiency. Develop and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs and workflows. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills Excellent supplier-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Previous Experience Proven working experience in project management and CAPEX plan execution Project Management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of metal forming, fabrication, and welding Understanding of wire and wire rope manufacturing Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO14001 and OHSA standards Be bold and take the leap!
