ENGINEERING

Senior Manager Engineering. Schwan's d Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Schwan's Company, seeks a Senior Manager Engineering in La Palma, California. Responsible for overseeing plant capital project development and execution of capital projects (e.g. repair & maintenance, critical infrastructure, EHS/food safety) across company's manufacturing facilities. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Requirements -

Education:

Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent)in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.

Experience:

For candidates with the qualifying bachelor's degree - sixyears of experience as a Plant Management Engineer orPlant Management Senior Engineer at a food manufacturer and distributor. Six years of experience identifying manufacturing food process improvements for a food manufacturer and distributor. Five years of experienceas a Plant Engineer, Plant Management Engineer, Plant Management Senior Engineer, Process Engineer or similar position in process engineering, testing, commissioning and maintaining process operations. All experience can be gained in the same six-year period. The salary for this position has a range of $142,355 to $178,000. Travel domestically up to 50% of the time to otherSchwan's and Schwan's affiliate manufacturing sites, vendor facilities and construction sites.
