Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) BCforward is seeking an experienced Senior Pet Packaging Engineer to support a leading client within the Pet R D Packaging organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a packaging professional who thrives in innovation, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration. ????Key Responsibilities:
- Lead packaging development and commercialization initiatives
- Drive technical innovation and margin improvement opportunities
- Plan and execute supplier trials, experiments, and packaging analyses
- Collaborate with business teams, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and external partners
- Develop technical documentation, packaging specifications, reports, and financial analyses
- Apply packaging and material science expertise to improve products and processes
- Support product launches and strategic business initiatives ?
