Full Job Description Key Requirements:
4+ years of Production Support / Systems Operations experience. Hands-on expertise with OpenShift , Ansible , and automation scripting ( Python, Shell, PowerShell ). Strong experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, and ITRS . Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability 24x7 production environments. Strong knowledge of incident management, RCA, problem management, and BCP/DR processes. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay:
