You will analyze and optimize processes, implement improvement strategies, and collaborate with teams for operational excellence. You will report directly to our VP Logistics, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will support trade-related and trade-impactful logistics operations across the Aerospace value chain, including transaction lifecycle, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance. You will develop compliant processes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline order fulfillment, mitigate financial risk, and ensure efficient cross-border execution. With a global footprint, this role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in import and export compliance as well as tariff expertise. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Warehouse, Legal, Tax, Finance, IT, etc.) to deploy future-ready solutions, including systems, operational, and FTZ advancements, analytics/automation, and process standardization while ensuring compliance and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
