Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer / Project Manager to support and lead various crane projects for clients in the aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing sectors. This role is aligned with our hybrid work schedule; however, a fully remote arrangement may be considered for candidates with the appropriate experience and based on business needs. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Leading and managing crane refurbishment and replacement projects Technical lead and project management responsibilities Supporting business development and securing successful solicitations Client coordination and multidisciplinary team leadership Site visits, construction support, load testing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline SolidWorks proficiency preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license required Minimum 8 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience Proven success in securing work and managing projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Availability to travel occasionally to site visits and client meetings Effective technical writing and communication skills Excellent time management skills A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success Salary range: $100,000-$150,000 This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
