Role:

Support the onboarding of newly acquired supplier bases into our organization following recent mergers and acquisitions. You'll facilitate supplier integration, audit for compliance, and work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and assess new suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards. Lead supplier onboarding activities and close out non-conformances. Act as a liaison between the newly integrated site and global teams. Monitor supplier technology trends and quality metrics as needed. Travel locally to supplier sites; participate in national team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of professional experience including 5+ years of supplier quality engineering. Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries. Current or expired external lead auditor certification. Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally and up to 25% within the US.
