Experience with cost analysis or process costing Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools Background in multi-step or complex manufacturing environments What Your Role Will Look Like Conduct time studies across multiple stages of the manufacturing process Analyze workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time Translate process data into cost inputs and partner with finance on cost modeling Evaluate full production flow across multiple work centers—not just individual steps Identify and support improvements in scrap handling and material recovery Work directly on the production floor to observe, measure, and optimize operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact cost and performance
