Job Description

job summary: Join Our Client in Newberry, SC as an Industrial Controls Engineer! This premier heavy manufacturing organization offers a dynamic and innovative workplace. To succeed, you need a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of experience, plus PLC, automation, 3D modeling, and CAD skills.
location:
NEWBERRY, South Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Design and evaluate production processes to optimize workflow, layout, and safety.

Identify and implement new equipment for assembly and protrusion processes.

Coordinate quality control to maximize reliability, minimize costs, and resolve production issues.

Use CAD and 3D modeling to draft highly efficient equipment and workspace layouts.

Maintain 5S standards and solve moderately complex engineering challenges. Our Client provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first month after your start date, along with employer-paid short-term disability after 90 days. You will be automatically enrolled in an excellent matching 401K plan after two months. Additional perks include 10 days of vacation, 5 extra days of PTO, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
