NEWBERRY, South Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Design and evaluate production processes to optimize workflow, layout, and safety.

Identify and implement new equipment for assembly and protrusion processes.

Coordinate quality control to maximize reliability, minimize costs, and resolve production issues.

Use CAD and 3D modeling to draft highly efficient equipment and workspace layouts.

Maintain 5S standards and solve moderately complex engineering challenges. Our Client provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first month after your start date, along with employer-paid short-term disability after 90 days. You will be automatically enrolled in an excellent matching 401K plan after two months.
