YOUR TASKS
Summary The Continuous Improvement Engineer (CBS Engineer / Change Agent) is a local expert in the Continental Business System (CBS), responsible for driving plant-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role focuses on advancing CBS maturity by leading and supporting value stream mapping and continuous improvement events, facilitating structured problem solving, and coaching all levels of the organization on CBS tools, methodologies, and change management practices. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen engagement, improve processes, and ensure effective project execution aligned with plant operational goals. Additionally, the role supports training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning across the organization.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead value stream mapping and design to improve operational efficiencySupport execution of value stream changes and continuous improvement initiativesFacilitate improvement events and structured problem-solving activitiesDrive adoption and engagement of the Continental Business System (CBS)Coach teams on CBS tools, methods, and best practicesDeliver training and guide tool selection for operational challengesLead cross-functional projects aligned to business and plant goalsBuild strong partnerships and collaborate to ensure successful executionAnalyze data, identify root causes, and implement practical solutionsFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE
