Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing systems, including layouts, material flow, and ergonomics. In this role, you will apply advanced knowledge to solve complex problems with minimal supervision, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Support:
Lead diverse projects and support continuous improvement/automation initiatives while mentoring junior staff.
Operational Optimization:
Establish methods to maximize efficiency by conducting detailed studies on costs, inventory, and facility design.
Collaboration:
Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to implement strategic improvements across the manufacturing unit.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience (3+ years with a Master's degree).
Skills:
Expertise in manufacturing systems, cost control, and production planning is essential.
Preferred:
