Required Qualifications:
Monitor and support production applications, integrations, and infrastructure. Manage and resolve production incidents, including Severity 1, 2, 3, and 4 issues. Troubleshoot and support IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and EDI transactions. Analyze logs, alerts, and system performance using monitoring tools such as Splunk. Support production deployments, release activities, and operational readiness processes. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, support guides, and production playbooks. Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with operational, security, and support standards.
