Analyze production and inspection processes to identify opportunities for improving product quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Collect, interpret, and statistically analyze inspection and production data to evaluate process capability and determine root causes of nonconformities. Develop and implement quality control and process improvement methodologies that optimize manufacturing performance and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute corrective and preventive action plans addressing process deviations, defects, and other nonconformities. Prepare detailed technical reports and present analytical findings to management, providing data-driven recommendations for process redesign and workflow optimization. Evaluate the effectiveness of inspection systems, measuring instruments, and calibration programs to ensure alignment with continuous improvement and compliance objectives. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring adherence to all relevant quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's - Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study. Will accept foreign equivalent.
Experience:
Two (2) years as a Process Engineer, in the position above or in a related industrial engineering role; Experience must include: 1. Performing LEAN Production, TPM, and FMEA studies; 2. Assisting with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions; 3. Analyzing measurements of customer satisfaction and complaints; 4. Monitoring the status of quality device calibrations and ensuring appropriate updates.
