In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are optimized and controlled to produce high-quality parts efficiently—balancing equipment performance, cycle time, cost, and material usage. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role that requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with production teams, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Optimize and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and product quality Troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues beyond the scope of Process Technicians Provide oversight and training on processes, robotics, and assembly equipment Support off-shift operations and be available to address urgent processing challenges Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DOE, capability studies) to improve processes Read and interpret tooling prints and create or update procedures and work instructions Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety requirements Qualifications Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment optimization Ability to read tooling prints and develop technical documentation Experience with structured problem-solving tools and methodologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Prior experience training or mentoring team members is a plus Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment Occasional exposure to heat and vibration Moderate noise levels in the production environment Must follow safety requirements, including appropriate attire around machinery Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Ability to communicate effectively (talk, hear, and follow instructions) Why Join Us?
