Job Description

We're partnering with a leading power generation organization operating multiple natural gas facilities across Texas. This team is known for its strong focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement—and they're looking to bring on an engineer to support a high-impact, multi-site initiative. What You'll Do You'll work directly with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve preventive maintenance programs across six facilities. This is a hands-on, field-connected role where you'll help drive reliability and operational efficiency. Support optimization of preventive maintenance (PM) programs Analyze maintenance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Partner with plant teams to enhance reliability and maintenance effectiveness Help standardize maintenance processes across multiple sites Track and report on maintenance performance metrics Participate in plant walkdowns and field observations What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables required) Comfortable working in a plant environment and collaborating with field teams Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have 0-3 years of experience or relevant internship in energy/industrial environments Exposure to CMMS tools (SAP PM, Maximo, etc.) Basic understanding of maintenance, reliability, or plant operations Why This Role?
