Observability Production Support Engineer

Observability Production Support Engineer Primary Location :

Coppell, Texas V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Observability Production Support Engineer for our premier client in Coppell, Texas. Education and Experience Experience onboarding new applications and services into monitoring systems.

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of incident response processes, root cause analysis, and system troubleshooting. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is advantageous. Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) are preferred to automate and streamline monitoring tasks.

Understanding of core observability concepts:

metrics, logs, traces, and application performance management. Strong hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana. Proven ability to support production environments with a focus on monitoring, logging, and incident analysis. Capacity to configure dashboards, alerts, and monitoring workflows to improve observability and alert quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Looking for a dedicated technical expert experienced in enterprise observability and monitoring systems to ensure the stability and performance of critical infrastructure. This role involves supporting ongoing operations, onboarding new users and applications, and providing swift incident response. Collaborate closely with Operations and Incident Management teams to deliver system insights, optimize monitoring processes, and enhance overall system reliability Ability to maintain detailed documentation and adhere to best practices in monitoring standards.
